Key Coordination provides Assistant Stage Managing and Production Coordinating for entities who host and produce in-person and virtual domestic and international experiential meetings and events.  


 
 

SERVICES

 

ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER / DECK MANAGER

  • Assist with onsite communication of show details with client executives and staff, as well as production crew members

  • Attend production meetings

  • Assist with overseeing show rehearsals

  • Wrangling onsite talent

  • Create, update and distribute schedules, including Show Flow and Rehearsal Schedules

  • Provide VOG announcements when needed (additional rate available)

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

  • Arrange and manage onsite production office

  • Coordinate onsite green-room materials/equipment

  • Research and secure show materials and equipment

  • Handle hotel and airfare logistics

  • Hire and secure talent/show props

  • Attend and help prepare materials for pre-production and onsite meetings

  • Coordinate onsite catering for executive clients and crew members

Keshia L. Chenault

Hi, I’m Keshia, the owner of Key Coordination. I’ve provided coordination services for corporate meetings and events for 20+ years.

A true Georgia Peach, I was born and raised in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. I started my career as a Production Assistant for Atamira Productions and progressed to the position of a freelancing Assistant Stage Manager/ Deck Manager. I also serve as a Voice Over Talent for many Keynote Sessions. I simply LOVE what I do! Successful coordinating and organizing has been the “KEY” to my success!

My project experience consists of shows for Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Dell Technologies, Tyler Perry Studios, Eco-Challenge Fiji (World’s Toughest Race), Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Lowes and the InterContinental Hotels Group, just to name a few!
